Just a comment as a frustrated (ooh- neggy emotion!) neti pot user myself. Don't give up hope if you have serious sinus issues and the neti pot doesn't "cure" you. There are so many parts to healing and the neti pot WILL keep your infection/allergies from worsening or repeating. I have used it many times and felt NADA but thats because I had to look at many other parts of my lifestyle. Just commit to it and move on. These things can take time.
