Tip: Positive Cooking

Energy in our food either helps or hinders digestion. In fact, our state of mind or mood can create physical indigestion just as much as it creates mental indigestion. To help keep positve energy flowing, remember to eat with peace of mind and with thanks. When cooking, be happy! Play some nice music or sing, take pride in your work and enjoy the process. You will be feeding your family/friends more than just food…and they will be able to taste the positive difference. Maybe your grandma’s cooking tasted soooo good? That’s because she cooked with pure love :)

    That’s the whole secret, treat all food if potato or lobster with the same respect and love and any recipe will succeed expectations.
