Know what? Doesn't Vancouver have a pretty healthy Indian community? My guess is if you go to an Indian grocery (like a "sweets & spices" store) they might have some. Or! Inquire at an Indian grocery or your favorite Indian restaurants where you might buy some - they will know. That's my advice. Vancouver is beautiful, btw! I love it.
