There is no “finish line” when it comes to health, so the good news is that you can stop trying to “achieve health.” Health should be habitual. If you maintain fast foods & sedentary lifestyle, you’ll see the effects. If you maintain fresh foods & a little exercise, you’ll see that too. We didn’t become imbalanced overnight, nor will we fix it overnight. Be mindful about foods, sleep, poop, and stress.
