What we share affects the mind
An excerpt from my book In Your Elements:
To balance out life’s traumas, let us protect and grow our minds…what we share can either send a sparkle of happiness or a ding of awfulness. Let us share gifts of wonder, amazement, delight, love, compassion, and humor. Let us tell stories that inspire and make us smarter. Let us cheer each other on for overcoming seemingly impossible obstacles. Let us celebrate how people succeed at doing their very best with what they have.
