      OH GAH! You are right, that needs correcting – thank you for letting me know (pitta just increased in MonicaB). I wrote this as a comment: Hey Dr. Oz! Dude, thanks so much for shining a light on Ayurveda!! We really need to know about this awesome way of living. If I may advise though, yogurt + fruit in Ayurveda are considered incompatible food combinations. That combo causes the food to curdle in the stomach and also dampens agni (digestive fire). And as we know in Ayurveda, poor digestion is the #1 cause of most diseases. http://bit.ly/HLdMvc
