    Hey Monica B,
    I’ve been listening to your podcasts on Itunes and have been loving them! A very dear friend of mine who studies Ayurvedic medicine has helped me tremendously but there is still so much to learn and your podcasts have really helped me understand more of what is going on with me. I love the way you explain things — it really helps me learn. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and wonderful energy with us.
