Ayurveda is an ancient medical science stemming from India, which literally translates to "knowledge or science of life." Ayurveda is living healthy according to who you are as a unique individual in mind, body and spirit.
Ayurveda covers everything—your food, your schedule, your emotions, your mental health, your career, your relationships, your illnesses and your cures. Ayurveda helps us achieve longevity through various methods, including daily self-care, diet, lifestyle guidelines, therapies and remedies.
Complex healing modalities and therapies can be used to cure chronic disease, however you won't find any of that stuff here. This is NOT a cure-all-the-health-problems Ayurveda resource.
